14-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your RR Design Artistry creation. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Because many RR Design Artistry pieces are handmade, one-of-a-kind, vintage, or individually embellished, slight variations and natural characteristics are part of what makes each creation unique and are not considered defects.

Non-returnable items: Custom or personalized creations, final sale/clearance items, gift cards, and items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Final Sale Items: Vintage collectibles because condition, age, patina, and natural imperfections are inherent to vintage pieces. Essential Oil & Beauty Products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly after delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Return Shipping: Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
