Antique vanity jar made of heavy cut glass, featuring rounded, paneled sides and a starburst design on the bottom. Round silver-plated lid with a beautiful raised iris motif and a mirrored underside. Made by Liberty of London in the 1920s, likely as a container for ladies’ face powder. Measures roughly 4 inches across and 2.25 inches tall including lid, with a 3-inch opening. In wonderful vintage condition, with no visible flaws to the glass, charming patina on the lid, and one small chip on the rim of the mirror (see photos). The perfect size for cotton balls, Q-tips, small jewelry, or whatever else needs some fancy storage!
